How long do 4 year olds sleep?

My daughter is almost 4, and I'm finding it hard to get her to bed at a consistent time. I need some guidance on her sleep. Generally, how much sleep do 4-year-olds require in a 24-hour period?

I totally get how stressful it can be when you're worried about your child's sleep. My 4-year-old was a terrible sleeper for a while, and it really affected me too. It does get better, but typically they need 10-13 hours.

Bhaiya, hamare gaon mein toh bachche khelte hain din bhar aur raat ko jaldi so jaate hain. Char saal ke bachche ko 10-12 ghante ki neend toh milni hi chahiye, uski sehat ke liye achha hai.

For 4-year-olds, usually around 10-13 hours of sleep, including any naps. But every child's biological clock is different. Just try to keep a consistent routine, that often helps a lot.

Oh, I worry about my nephew's sleep all the time too! I read somewhere that 4-year-olds generally need between 10 to 13 hours. If your child seems tired or cranky, maybe they need a little more rest. It's okay to observe closely.

Dekho, 4 saal ke bachche ko kam se kam 10-12 ghante sona chahiye. Daytime nap ho ya na ho, raat ki neend puri honi zaroori hai. Routine set karo, sab theek ho jayega.
