How long can you live with a brain cancer?

A family friend's son just got a brain cancer diagnosis, and everyone is very upset. I want to understand what the general prognosis is. How long do people typically live after such a diagnosis?

Please do not delay or wait to see how long one can live with this. I ignored my persistent headaches for months and it made my treatment so much more difficult. Get a proper MRI done and consult an oncologist immediately.

Haan na, brain cancer news is very shocking for the whole family. But actually, medical science has advanced so much now and there are great doctors in India. Survival depends on the grade of tumor, so stay strong and take opinions from good specialists, ho na.

Listen to me, I know you must be feeling completely overwhelmed right now, but take a deep breath. Brain tumors vary wildly, and many benign or low-grade ones are completely treatable. We are here for you, just focus on getting a clear diagnosis first.

Agreed with others. Please consult a neurosurgeon right away instead of reading confusing stats online.

When my aunt was undergoing her treatments, keeping her mood up with her favorite soups and light home-cooked meals really helped her fight. Good food and positive vibes can make a huge difference during such hard medical battles.
