How long can u survive without sleep?

My friends and I were discussing a challenge where someone tried to stay awake for a very long time. It made me wonder, realistically, how long can a human being survive without any sleep at all?

Oh god, I get so anxious even if I miss one night of sleep, my heart starts racing and I think something bad will happen. Scientifically, extreme sleep deprivation can be fatal after a week or two, so please take care and try to rest. If you are having severe sleeplessness, please talk to a doctor.

During semester exams, I once stayed awake for almost 48 hours straight. Honestly, by the end of it, I couldn't even read my notes properly and felt like a zombie. Don't even try going beyond that, it's not worth it.

In my younger days, we used to work double shifts without sleeping for days. But let me tell you, it ruins your health in the long run and leads to high BP. Your body needs its rest, so don't test its limits.

Extreme sleep deprivation leads to severe cardiovascular strain, hormonal imbalance, and mental instability. If you are suffering from chronic insomnia where you cannot sleep for days, please seek medical help immediately.

Sleep is a natural state of meditation where the soul heals the physical body. Going without it for long disturbs your inner peace and life energy. Pray, relax your mind, and let sleep come naturally to you tonight.

If you don't sleep for more than 3-4 days, your work productivity will drop to zero and you risk crashing your car or making major errors. Set a strict sleep schedule, turn off your screens, and prioritize 7 hours of rest daily.

Sleeplessness is no joke. If you try to stay awake for more than 5 days, your body will force you to pass out anyway. Just stop overthinking, drink some water, and go to bed right now.
