Relax yaar, stage 3 kidney disease is actually quite common and highly manageable. My dad is living with it for the last 8 years and his creatinine is completely stable now. You just need to control your BP and avoid taking random painkillers, honestly.

Having a chronic condition taught me that we shouldn't take things lightly, but stage 3 is definitely not the end of the road. With careful monitoring and avoiding high-sodium foods, you can prevent it from progressing to stage 4. Just stay disciplined and follow your nephrologist's advice.

I agree with others that it can be managed for decades. Just make sure to consult a good renal dietician to manage your daily sodium and potassium intake.

You can use health apps to track your daily water intake and log your blood pressure readings twice a day, which is crucial for stage 3. Keeping your blood pressure below 130/80 mmHg helps protect your kidney filters from further damage. You can easily live a full lifespan with these small, smart lifestyle adjustments.

My grandfather was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease when I was in school, and he still goes out for his morning walks and plays with us. It really doesn't stop him from doing anything as long as he avoids salty chips and papad. Just stick to the routine!

Think of your kidneys as an old washing machine—it still does the job, you just can't overload it with heavy blankets anymore! Keep your diet light, avoid the extra salt, and your single-engine kidney will keep chugging along for a long time. No need to panic at all!

For stage 3, you need regular blood and urine tests every 3 to 6 months to monitor creatinine and protein levels. I suggest getting these packages from trusted online labs to save on costs, and buy your blood pressure monitor for home. Proper planning of these small expenses keeps the treatment stress-free.
