How long can one live with hepatitis b?

My neighbour has chronic hepatitis B and she looks very weak sometimes. It makes me wonder, how long can one live with hepatitis B, and does it depend on when it was diagnosed?

With proper meds, you can live a long, happy life and probably outlive your nosy neighbors! Just don't skip your doctor visits and keep your liver happy.

Many people live a normal lifespan with Hepatitis B by eating a simple, low-fat vegetarian diet. Avoid alcohol completely and focus on fresh green veggies to keep liver stress low, along with your medicines.

My grandmother used to say simple herbs keep the liver cool, but we always consult the specialist for my uncle's Hepatitis B. He has lived a normal, healthy life for 20 years now with regular tablets.

My colleague has had Hepatitis B for the last 15 years. He goes to work daily, travels, and seems perfectly healthy because he strictly follows his doctor's prescription.

From what I have been researching, most people with Hepatitis B don't even develop serious liver issues if they monitor it. They can live a full, normal life expectancy with the right care.

One of my close friends was diagnosed with chronic Hep B years ago. She takes her daily medication, goes for scans every six months, and lives a completely normal life just like anyone else.

Please be very careful and do not ignore regular tests. My cousin neglected his follow-ups and developed severe liver scarring over time. Please see a liver specialist regularly to prevent complications.

Don't fall for online claims about 'permanent cures' with roots or herbs. Hepatitis B is a serious viral condition that requires proper antiviral treatment prescribed by a qualified gastroenterologist.
