How long can a person live without sleep?

I've been pulling all-nighters for my exams and haven't slept properly in days. It made me curious, how long can a person actually go without sleep before it becomes dangerous?

Listen, the human body can technically survive for about 11 days without sleep, but severe mental and physical health issues start within just 2 or 3 days. Please don't push yourself or worry too much about these extreme scenarios. If you are struggling to sleep, let's talk about it and find a way to help you rest tonight.

I get so anxious when I can't sleep, and then I start worrying about how the lack of sleep is affecting my heart, which makes it even harder to sleep! If you are feeling this way, please know you are not alone. Just try to breathe slowly and remember that your body will eventually get the rest it needs.

I once ignored my severe insomnia for weeks thinking it was just work stress, and I ended up collapsing at the office with high blood pressure. Please don't ignore sleep issues like I did, as it really wrecks your body. Go see a doctor and get it checked before it causes serious health problems.

Going without sleep for more than a few days is extremely dangerous for your brain and heart. Please get some rest or consult a doctor if you can't sleep.

Oh my, sleep is my absolute favorite thing, I can't even imagine going a single day without it! Staying awake for too long can make you super grumpy and forgetful. Treat yourself to a nice warm bath and get a good 8 hours of sweet dreams tonight! 😴✨

My son used to stay up all night playing games and it started affecting his school and mental peace terribly. We had to set a strict routine, ban screens after 9 PM, and give him a light head massage to help him sleep. Please take care of yourself, as a young body needs proper rest to stay healthy.

If you are having trouble sleeping, don't go for expensive therapies right away. Just try simple things like washing your feet with cool water before bed, keeping your room dark, and avoiding heavy dinners late at night. These basic adjustments usually work wonders for getting back on track.

Hey bro, don't stress too much if you had a couple of sleepless nights, it happens to all of us during exams or work stress. But seriously, trying to stay awake for days is a bad idea and your body will eventually just force you to pass out anyway. Just drink some warm milk, turn off your phone, and crash!
