How long can a human survive without sleep?

I've been having terrible insomnia for weeks now because of stress. My mind just doesn't switch off. I'm worried about my health and want to know how long a human can actually survive with such little sleep before it becomes critical.

In extreme research cases, people have gone up to 11 days, but practically, your brain starts misfiring within 3 to 4 days. You will start getting mini-sleeps where you zone out without realizing it, which is super dangerous. Don't try to stretch it beyond 24 hours, it's just not worth the risk.

God has made night for resting, and going without sleep for more than a day or two will ruin your digestion and health. Drinking warm milk with a little turmeric before bed helps to calm the mind. If your sleep is lost for many days, you must go to a good doctor and not keep suffering.

Bro, I stayed awake for 40 hours straight during a college hackathon, and by the end, I couldn't even read simple text properly. Your body might survive, but your brain completely stops working after day two. Seriously, never try to pull more than one all-nighter, it's terrible.

In my younger days, during family emergencies, I had to stay awake for nearly three days. Your body survives, but the toll it takes on your head and heart is heavy. Don't worry, a few bad nights won't harm you permanently, but always prioritize your sleep as you grow older.

Most research shows that humans can survive a few days without sleep, but it makes you very weak. Please try to take some rest and not worry too much. I hope you find some peaceful sleep soon.

Most people can physically survive up to 10-11 days, but severe mental health breakdown starts within 3 days. Do not try this.

As a new mother, I feel like I've been testing the human limit of zero sleep for months now! Honestly, you might survive a few days, but you will feel like a walking zombie who can't remember where they kept their phone. Sleep is precious, get it whenever you can.

You might physically survive a few days without sleep, but your testosterone levels and muscle growth drop off a cliff. Sleep is when your body actually builds muscle and burns fat, so missing it ruins all your gym progress. Keep your diet clean and target a solid 7-8 hours daily for real fitness.

Haan, physically toh standard limit 11 days bolte hain, par 2-3 days me hi halat kharab ho jaati hai na. You feel totally dizzy and irritated. Please don't try to stretch your limits, time pe so jaya karo health ke liye.

If I don't sleep for even 24 hours, my late-night food cravings go completely crazy and I end up eating a whole tub of ice cream. You might survive a few days physically, but your diet and appetite will be completely ruined. Save your health and your stomach, just go to sleep!

My teenager tried to stay awake for two days straight for some online gaming challenge and ended up falling sick with a bad headache. Physically they can survive, but it is highly damaging for young minds and bodies. I had to strictly ban screens and make him sleep, please don't let anyone try this.

Even if you eat a very pure vegetarian diet rich in calming foods like bananas and almonds, your body cannot survive sleep deprivation for long. The physical limits might be a few days, but the internal organs get heavily stressed. Make sure you combine a light dinner with timely sleep for a healthy life.
