How long after heart attack can it be detected?

My neighbor had a heart attack recently, but no one knew until much later. It made me think, how long after a heart attack can doctors still detect that it happened, even if there were no obvious symptoms?

Yaar, blood tests like Troponin can detect a heart attack within a few hours of it happening, haan. Even ECG changes show up immediately in most cases. If you or someone else is feeling any chest discomfort, please don't wait for tests, hospital bhago turant na.

My cardiologist explained that Troponin blood tests are highly sensitive and can detect heart muscle damage within 3 to 4 hours of the event, staying elevated for up to two weeks. An ECG can show changes immediately. If you suspect anything, immediate medical evaluation is critical.

Modern medical tests in the ER can identify heart damage almost instantly after symptoms start. Once a doctor evaluates you and clears you down the line, a proper clean diet and light cardio can help in recovery. But right now, medical assessment is the only priority.

I made the massive mistake of ignoring a mild squeezing sensation in my chest, thinking it was just acidity, and only went to the hospital the next day. The doctors detected the damage instantly using an ECG and blood tests. Please, if you have any doubt or discomfort, get to a hospital now.

I just survived a heart attack three months ago. When I reached the ER with chest pain, the doctors knew within 10 minutes of doing my first ECG and drawing my blood. Please do not sit at home trying to figure this out; let the doctors run their tests immediately.

Medical tests like ECG and specific cardiac enzymes can show damage almost immediately at the hospital. If you are asking because you feel unwell, please sit down, stay calm, and let someone take you to the emergency room right now. We are all here wishing you well.
