How long after fever does hfmd rash appear?

My little one had a high fever for a couple of days, and now that the fever is gone, I'm noticing some small red spots. I'm worried it might be HFMD. How long after a fever subsides does the rash associated with Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease typically appear?

For my toddler, the rash started showing up 2 days after the fever broke. Did anyone else's child refuse to eat completely because of the painful mouth sores during this phase?

Beta, the small red spots usually come 1 or 2 days after the fever. Don't worry, just give the baby cold milk or soft food, and keep them comfortable.

The rash typically appears 1 to 2 days after the initial fever. Give them cold curd, avoid salty or spicy food entirely, and use a soothing lotion prescribed by your pediatrician to ease the itching.

The rash typically manifests 1 to 2 days after the onset of fever. Since HFMD is highly contagious, keeping the child isolated and consulting your pediatrician for supportive care is the best course of action.

My son just recovered from Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease last week. His fever lasted for 24 hours, and then on the second day, we saw painful red blisters on his palms and soles.
