How is testicular cancer diagnosed?

I recently felt a small lump in one of my testicles and I'm quite worried after reading some things online. How is testicular cancer diagnosed? What kind of examinations do doctors do?

If you notice a lump, don't waste time researching online. The standard diagnostic process is an ultrasound of the scrotum, followed by blood tests for specific tumor markers. Get an appointment with a urologist immediately; it is highly treatable if caught early.

It basically starts with a doctor giving your balls a physical exam, which might feel slightly awkward but is totally normal! Then they do a quick ultrasound, which is just like the jelly scan they do for pregnant women but down there. It is quick, painless, and clears up all doubts!

For such sensitive health matters, we must combine a calm mind with proper medical action. The diagnosis is done through a physical examination by a doctor, followed by an ultrasound scan. Keep your breathing steady and do not let fear delay your visit to a specialist.

Bro, if you feel any weird hard lump or heaviness down there, just go get it checked. Doctors usually do a quick ultrasound scan and some blood tests to figure out what it is. It's way better than sitting in your room and stressing over it.

The diagnostic pathway for testicular cancer involves a clinical physical examination, an ultrasound of the scrotum, and serum tumor marker blood tests (AFP, beta-hCG, and LDH). If these tests indicate a tumor, surgical removal of the testis is usually performed for a definitive biopsy. Consulting a qualified urologist is essential.

Haan, if there is any lump or swelling, urologist immediate physical exam karega. Uske baad ek ultrasound aur blood test hota hai, na, to confirm the diagnosis. Bilkul mat ghabrao, doctors very easily diagnose it with these basic tests.
