How i knew i had colon cancer?

My father's friend was just diagnosed with colon cancer and he said he had no idea until it was quite advanced. I'm trying to be more proactive about my health. What are some of the early indicators people often experience?

I used to ignore my stomach issues, thinking it was just from eating too much street food. But when my bowel habits changed completely and I started losing weight without trying, I knew something was wrong. If your digestion acts weird for weeks, get it checked instead of blaming your diet.

My uncle found out because he was feeling constantly tired and pale, which turned out to be anemia from hidden blood loss in his stool. It's crazy because he didn't even have major stomach pain at first. Definitely worth getting checked if you feel super weak for no reason.

Please don't search for detox diets or herbal cures if you see blood in your stool. Colon cancer symptoms can look like simple piles, but only a proper colonoscopy by a gastroenterologist can tell you the truth. Go see a real doctor.

Persistent symptoms like blood in stool, unexplained weight loss, or a constant feeling that your bowel isn't empty are warning signs. Do not wait or self-medicate. Please consult an oncologist or gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy immediately.

Hey, don't spiral into panic reading all this, but do take care of yourself. If you are noticing any unusual changes in your stomach or stool, just book a doctor's appointment to be safe. It is always better to get a professional opinion and sleep peacefully.

My elder brother had constant bloating and changes in his stool. My grandmother suggested traditional digestive herbs, but we decided to consult our family doctor as well. It was a good decision because the doctor quickly ordered tests that helped catch his colon issue early.

In our community, I always advise people not to ignore long-standing digestive changes or blood in their stool, thinking it's just 'gas' or 'acidity'. A colonoscopy is a very standard test that can save your life. Be proactive about your health.

For normal constipation, having high-fiber foods and warm milk works well. But if you see dark blood or have severe abdominal cramps that don't go away, home remedies will not help. You must go to a good hospital for a checkup.

My dad had zero pain, just a persistent change in his stool shape which became very narrow. We took him to a specialist and it turned out to be a colon polyp that had turned malignant. Don't wait for pain to happen before you visit a doctor.

Hearing about colon cancer symptoms can be extremely scary and overwhelming, I completely understand the anxiety. If you are experiencing persistent changes, please take a deep breath and see a doctor. Getting diagnosed early is the most important step.
