How high is too high for adult fever?

I've been feeling under the weather and have a fever. For an adult like me, what temperature is generally considered too high? Just want to know when to seek medical help.

For adults, 103°F (39.4°C) is definitely too high. When your body is fighting something that intense, skip the protein shakes and gym sessions entirely, just rest and focus on staying hydrated before seeing a doctor.

Actually, anything crossing 102.5 or 103 is way too high for adults, yaar. Don't just sit and wait for it to go down on its own, better to consult your physician.

Don't panic, I am here. For adults, a fever of 103 F or above is considered too high. Just take a paracetamol, keep resting, and let's get a doctor to check you out today.

Does anyone else start shivering uncontrollably when their fever hits 102? It feels so high and scary, is 103 the absolute limit where we should go to the hospital?

Haan, agar fever 103 ke upar chala jaye na, toh woh sach mein bahut high hai. Safe side rehne ke liye doctor ko dikhana hi sabse sahi option hota hai.
