It is mainly spread through contaminated drinking water, especially during the monsoon season when pipeline water can get mixed up. I always make sure to carry my own boiled water bottle when traveling. It is super important to be careful about street food and juice stalls too.

Ho na, dirty water is the main culprit for Hepatitis E. That is why our elders always tell us to drink clean, filtered water, especially outside. Haan na, even raw salads from outside can be risky if they are washed in tap water, so avoid them.

Hepatitis E is transmitted through the fecal-oral route, mostly via contaminated water and uncooked food. I advise everyone to thoroughly wash green leafy vegetables in warm water before cooking. Maintaining strict kitchen hygiene is the best way to prevent such liver infections.

My roommate got Hepatitis E last year and we panicked thinking it spreads by touching, but the doctor reassured us it only spreads through contaminated food and water. He recovered completely with just simple home-cooked food and rest. It is a common monsoon issue, so do not stress.

It mostly spreads when we accidentally drink contaminated water or eat unwashed food! Always wash your hands properly before meals and stick to purified water. Stay safe and healthy! 🌸

Yes, contaminated water is the primary source. Please boil your drinking water if you suspect any pipeline leakage in your locality.
