How fast is 49cc 2 stroke?
Hi, I'm thinking of getting a small dirt bike for fun rides around my village. There's a 49cc 2-stroke available from a friend. Just curious, how fast do these types of bikes generally go?

Honestly, I can only tell you about my own small pocket bike that had a 49cc engine. It maxed out at around 35 to 40 km/h depending on my weight. I didn't face any health issues riding it, but it does give quite a vibration to the hands.
Beta, these small machines can go up to 40 kilometers per hour, which is fast enough for kids to get hurt. If you ever get a minor sprain or bruise while riding, applying a warm mustard oil massage with garlic works wonders. But please ride slowly and safely.
I completely understand how stressful it can be when you are worrying about speed and potential injuries on these bikes. Your safety concerns are totally valid, so don't feel bad about being anxious. Usually, they touch about 30-35 mph, which is fast enough to require good safety gear.
Haha, it is just fast enough to get you to your local momo stall before they run out! On a serious note, it does about 35 km/h, which is quite decent for a quick evening snack run around the block.

Does anyone else get super nervous riding these small 2-stroke scooters on busy roads? They hit about 40 km/h but the tiny tires make me feel like I might slip any second. Let me know if you guys also feel this kind of mild panic while riding.
