How does uv rays cause skin cancer?

We're planning a family beach vacation soon, and I'm very careful about sunscreen. I hear a lot about UV rays causing skin cancer, but what's the actual biological process? I want to know how it happens so I can protect my kids better.

UV rays physically break the molecular bonds in your skin's DNA, causing rapid abnormal growth. Don't believe online influencers who say coconut oil or consuming certain berries will protect you from sun cancer. Go to a certified dermatologist and get a proper medical sunscreen recommendation.

The rays damage your skin cells internally, which can turn into cancer if ignored. Just like I have to monitor my blood pressure and get regular checkups, we must keep an eye on our skin health. Avoid direct sun exposure between 11 AM and 3 PM to stay safe.

Haan, actually UV rays humare skin cells ke DNA ko damage kar dete hain, jis se cancer ka risk badhta hai na. Isliye dhoop mein nikalne se pehle achha sunscreen lagana zaroori hai. Chinta ki baat nahi hai, bas thoda dhyan rakhna padta hai.

Dhoop ki tezz kiranen hamari twacha ko andar se bimar kar deti hain, jisse cancer hone ka darr rehta hai. Aap jab bhi khet ya bahar kaam par jayein, apna chehra aur haath kapde se zaroor dhak kar rakhein. Apni sehat ka dhyan rakhna hamare haath mein hai.

Bro, UV rays basically fry the DNA in your skin cells, and when they replicate incorrectly, it leads to skin cancer. I used to roam around on my bike all day without sunscreen and got terrible burns. Now I never step out without SPF 50, safety first.

It's simple: UV rays cause oxidative stress and mutate the cellular DNA in your epidermis, leading to uncontrolled cell division. If you want to prevent skin cancer, daily sunscreen is non-negotiable, even on cloudy days. Don't skip it, make it a part of your basic morning routine.

I totally get it, reading about how UV rays affect our cells can be super scary and stressful. Basically, they create tiny mutations in the skin layers that build up over the years. Just try to wear a hat and apply sunscreen, it really helps ease that worry.

Ho na, the afternoon sun is actually getting so harsh nowadays. These UV rays damage our skin's inner layers, and that can lead to cancer over time if we are not careful. We should always carry an umbrella or scarf when going out in the heat.
