How does tgf beta1 normally function in kidney?

Currently studying kidney physiology, I came across TGF beta 1. I understand it's important, but its normal role isn't fully clear to me. Can someone explain how TGF beta 1 typically functions within the kidney?

In a healthy kidney, TGF-beta1 acts as a regulator for cell growth and tissue healing. However, if its expression becomes chronic, it can lead to kidney fibrosis and scarring. I highly recommend consulting a nephrologist to understand how this relates to any specific kidney function tests.

My family suggested many traditional herbs when my father had kidney issues, but we decided to follow our nephrologist's plan. He explained that TGF-beta1 helps in repairing kidney cells but needs to be in balance. Trusting the doctor's guidance is the safest path.

Any discussion around kidney proteins like TGF-beta1 usually points to potential scarring or chronic issues. Please do not ignore this or try to guess; get a proper renal profile test and consult a specialist immediately for safety.

During my recovery from a kidney infection, my doctor explained how TGF-beta1 normally helps control cell repair. If it goes out of balance, it can cause scarring, so keeping track of your kidney health through regular urine tests is very helpful.

It is a natural substance in the body that helps heal the internal tissues of the kidney. While medical science treats it, drinking coriander seed water and eating light bottle gourd sabzi helps keep the kidneys clean and functional.
