How does one become diabetic?

My father developed diabetes a few years ago, and my doctor said I should be careful as well. I'm trying to understand exactly how a person becomes diabetic. What are the main factors and processes involved in its development?

A stressful lifestyle and lack of peace can slowly manifest as physical illnesses like diabetes in the body. Eat simple food, keep your mind calm, and take care of your health with gratitude.

My father was recently diagnosed with borderline sugar. Does this mean he is already fully diabetic, or can we still reverse it if we change his diet now?

Beta, eating too much sweet food and sitting all day leads to insulin weakness. Drinking bitter gourd juice in the morning is helpful, but if you have high thirst and frequent urination, please consult a doctor for a proper test.

Often, metabolic issues like thyroid imbalance and diabetes go hand in hand. It is very important to get a fasting blood glucose and HbA1c test done regularly so you can catch any changes early.

It happens when your pancreas cannot make enough insulin, or your body cells become resistant to it due to genetics and poor lifestyle. Regular walking, reducing refined carbs, and timely checkups are key to managing it.
