How does mental health affect students?

I'm noticing a lot of stress among students, especially with exams and competition. I want to understand more about how their mental health state can really influence their studies, their social life, and even their physical well-being during these formative years.

Whenever I had a presentation in college, my stomach would knot up and I'd get a headache. Did anyone else also face these intense physical symptoms just from academic pressure?

If students need counseling, look for university-sponsored wellness centers or government hospital OPDs. Private therapy can be very expensive, so using these budget-friendly resources is a smart way to get help.
