Too much sugar in your blood makes your arteries stiff like old plastic pipes, which is terrible for your heart. Between managing my late-night sugar cravings and worrying about my heart health, I barely get any sleep. Keep that sugar down if you love your heart!

High blood glucose damages the blood vessels and nerves that control your heart. Since my son was diagnosed, we make sure to keep his diet balanced and monitor his stats daily to protect his heart for the future.

I ignored my rising sugar levels for years thinking nothing would happen, and ended up with a blocked artery. Don't make the same mistake I did; high sugar silent-damages your heart vessels. Get your lipid profile and sugar checked regularly.
