How does cancer begins?

My wife's aunt was just diagnosed with cancer, and it's quite a shock for the family. We're trying to understand more about it. How exactly does cancer start in the body?

It basically starts when cells undergo genetic mutations and start growing out of control, ignoring the body's natural signals to stop. While we can't control genetics 100%, keeping our body active with regular workouts and eating clean, unprocessed food is a great way to keep our cell health in top shape.

Don't let the word scare you, think of it as a small glitch in how cells divide inside the body. Sometimes, a cell doesn't stop multiplying when it should, which leads to a tiny growth. If you are worried about any specific symptoms, just go get a simple test done and keep your mind at peace.

It begins with small, abnormal changes in the DNA of our body cells. Try not to read too many scary articles online. If you have any concerns, talking gently to a doctor is the best way to get clear answers.

I went through treatment for an early-stage tumor three years ago, so I understand the biology well now. It begins when mutated cells bypass the immune system's checks. My biggest advice is to never ignore persistent, unusual changes in your body; early detection is the absolute key to beating it easily.

Basically, our cells are supposed to divide and die in a systematic way, but sometimes they glitch out and refuse to stop multiplying. This rogue cell division is how a tumor starts. It's mostly down to genetics or external toxins, so avoiding bad habits is definitely a good start.
