How does a hemorrhagic stroke happen?

My neighbor recently had a hemorrhagic stroke, and it's made me quite worried about brain health. I'm trying to understand the condition better. How exactly does a hemorrhagic stroke occur in the brain, and what are the primary reasons behind it?

A hemorrhagic stroke occurs when a weakened blood vessel in the brain ruptures and bleeds into the surrounding tissue, often triggered by chronic high blood pressure. Since this is a critical medical emergency, a proper neurological evaluation and immediate hospital care are vital.

It happens when an artery in the brain bursts, which is so terrifying to think about. Has anyone else felt sudden, severe headaches and worried it could be related to blood pressure? It makes me so anxious.

Haan na, basically brain mein ek blood vessel burst ho jaati hai, causing bleeding inside. This is very serious and can happen due to high BP. If someone shows sudden weakness or speech issues, please take them to the hospital immediately.

I was reading about this online; it's different from an ischemic stroke where there's a block. Here, a blood vessel actually leaks or ruptures, flooding the brain tissue. It's a massive emergency that needs doctor intervention right away.

My uncle suffered from this last year. He had neglected his high blood pressure for years, which caused a blood vessel in his brain to rupture. He had to undergo immediate emergency surgery to relieve the pressure in his head.
