How does a heart attack start?

My uncle had a sudden heart attack last month, and it was very unexpected. We're all trying to understand how such a serious event typically begins. Are there any early warning signs or specific triggers that lead to a heart attack?

It often starts with a mild discomfort or pressure in the center of the chest that comes and goes. Do not waste time with home remedies or herbal teas thinking it is simple gas; directly take the patient to a hospital immediately.

I totally get it, the fear of not knowing how it begins can be so stressful. It can start very slowly with mild pain, feeling of fullness, or even just lightheadedness and a cold sweat. It's always best to be aware and not ignore these signs.

It usually begins with a squeezing pain in the chest, shortness of breath, or feeling dizzy. Please stay calm, sit down, and call for emergency medical assistance immediately if this happens.

It can start as a vague tightness in the chest or pain radiating to the neck and jaw, which makes me super anxious every time I feel stiff. Please don't take any chances; if you feel these symptoms suddenly starting, get emergency medical help.

It starts when a cholesterol plaque ruptures, forming a clot that blocks the coronary artery. Don't trust internet tips that say coughing hard or taking ginger can stop a starting attack; verify everything with a qualified cardiologist and go to an ER.
