How do you know if your kidney is going bad?

My blood pressure has been borderline high for some time, and my feet swell up often. My doctor mentioned monitoring kidney function in the future. What are some early signs to know if your kidneys are starting to have problems?

If you are noticing frothy or bubbly urine, constant fatigue, and swelling around the ankles, it is important to be practical. Don't panic, but please get a simple kidney function test (KFT) and urine routine done for peace of mind. Taking timely action is always the best way to care for your health.

My grandmother used to say that swelling in the ankles and puffy eyes in the morning are signs of fluid retention from weak kidneys. While traditional wisdom is good, my doctor says only a blood test for creatinine and an eGFR report can tell the true story. Please get these basic tests done.

I tried various herbal juices thinking they would detox my system, but when my ankle swelling and fatigue got worse, I realized only proper medicine works. If you are experiencing metallic taste, puffiness, or changes in urine color, please go to a qualified doctor instead of relying on home tips.

I was reading up on kidney health recently because my uncle has high BP. Apparently, in the early stages, there are almost no symptoms, but later you get itchy skin, metallic taste, and swollen feet. It's crazy how quiet kidney issues can be, so regular blood tests are super important.

If your body is retaining water and your legs are swelling, drinking warm water and avoiding excess salt can help reduce the load. However, if your urine is dark, foamy, or you feel very weak, home remedies are not enough. Please consult a kidney specialist and get your blood checked properly.

Instead of worrying about high treatment costs later, it is much cheaper to get a basic Kidney Function Test (KFT) and urine analysis now, which costs only around 500-800 rupees in local labs. If you have swelling in your legs or changes in urination frequency, getting these tests done early is a very practical and cost-effective step.

Don't waste time looking up symptoms online because kidney damage often shows up very late. If you have high BP or diabetes, just book an online lab test for Serum Creatinine and Urine Albumin today. It takes 10 minutes for the sample collection and gives you a clear, realistic status.
