How do you know if you have pancreatic cancer?

My uncle was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and it got me worried. I've been having some indigestion and general weakness lately. How would one even know if something serious like that is developing?

At this age, we sometimes worry about big diseases whenever digestion goes bad. If you are feeling constant weakness or losing weight without reason, don't rely on simple home remedies like ajwain water. Please consult a proper specialist at a hospital and get a scan done to be absolutely sure.

Honestly, I spent three weeks crying thinking I had this because of constant back pain and indigestion. When I finally went to the gastroenterologist, it was just severe IBS and acid reflux. Please don't search symptoms online and scare yourself, most of the time it is something very basic.

I've learnt from my thyroid journey that vague symptoms like fatigue or mild abdominal pain can mean anything. You cannot guess cancer on your own, only blood tests, ultrasounds, or CT scans can confirm these things. Schedule an appointment with a general physician first and get your routine panels done.

Bro, you can't self-diagnose something this heavy. My uncle had jaundice and sudden weight loss, which made the doctors suspect the pancreas, but even then they did so many scans to confirm. If u have serious symptoms like yellowing eyes or extreme stomach pain, just go straight to a doctor.

We ignored my cousin's persistent back pain and loss of appetite, thinking it was just work stress and gas. By the time we got the scans, things had already complicated quite a bit. If you are noticing persistent digestive issues alongside dark urine, please do not delay your clinical tests.
