Actually yaar, there are zero warning signs for fatty liver in the beginning. I only found out during my company's annual health checkup last year. Don't wait for your stomach to hurt, just get a basic ultrasound done.

If your ultrasound shows a fatty liver, don't worry too much as it is very common and reversible. Start walking for 45 minutes daily and focus on a low-carb diet, if your doctor says it is fine. Consistency with exercise works wonders here.
