How do you get rid of piles fast?

My piles have flared up again, and the pain and discomfort are really bad. I need to find a way to get relief quickly, as it's affecting my daily activities. What are some fast-acting remedies or treatments for piles?

I am feeling very embarrassed to ask this, but I have been in a lot of pain while sitting for the past two days. Is it normal to have mild bleeding, or should I go directly to a doctor instead of trying home things?

Bro, hostel food completely ruined my stomach and gave me piles last semester. Just stop eating spicy maggi at night and drink tons of water. If it hurts too much, buy a basic stool softener after asking a pharmacist, it saves a lot of trouble.

Sitting on a warm water tub like a chicken on an egg is literally the only savior here! Do a warm sitz bath three times a day, and say goodbye to your favorite spicy red chillies for a while. Your bum will write you a thank-you note!

There is no instant cure, but a high-fiber diet and plenty of water are absolutely essential to ease the pain.

I had a terrible flare-up last year due to severe constipation. What saved me was taking a spoonful of psyllium husk (isabgol) in warm water every night and using a soft cushion to sit. Try not to strain at all when you go to the washroom.

My grandmother always suggests drinking buttermilk with a pinch of asafoetida (hing) to cool down the digestive system. While these traditional cooling foods help, I highly recommend visiting a general surgeon if you notice persistent bleeding or swelling.

Please don't worry, this is a very common issue and can happen to anyone. Drink plenty of warm liquids and consult a doctor soon so you can get the right ointment for quick relief.
