How do you get rid of dandruff forever?

My dandruff problem has been there for ages, and no matter what shampoo I use, it always comes back. It's really embarrassing sometimes. Is there any way to get rid of dandruff permanently, or at least for a very long time?

Sometimes our skin just reacts to internal stress and environmental changes, so keeping a calm mind is the first step. Meditate for ten minutes and try washing your hair with warm water and a little curd. Take care of yourself, and let your body heal naturally.

Humare yahan toh sar par neem ka paani ubal kar usse baal dhote hain, usse saari khujli door ho jati hai. Aap bhi ek baar dahi aur neem try karke dekhiye, bahut fayda milega aur sasta bhi padega.

Honestly, getting rid of it forever is a myth. It always comes back in winters, so just focus on keeping your scalp clean.

I noticed my dandruff spikes whenever I go on a spicy biryani and sweet spree! Cutting down on oily street food and drinking more water actually cleared my scalp. Diet makes a huge difference, guys!

At 54, my hair is mostly gone, but the dandruff still wants to stay! I have tried every expensive shampoo in the market, but a simple medicated Ketoconazole bottle from the local chemist is the only thing that keeps the snowstorm under control.

Aap jyada lamba mat socho, just buy a basic anti-dandruff shampoo from any medical store. Wash your hair every alternate day to prevent sweat build-up, and stop oiling your hair heavily as it makes dandruff worse. Simple and cheap trick.

I used to wear black t-shirts and look like a walking winter wonderland! Now I just use a good scalp scrub once a week and pray to the hair gods. It works, or at least my friends have stopped brushing flakes off my shoulders!

Dandruff issues are so frustrating, haan na. I just mix a little lemon juice in coconut oil and apply it for half an hour before washing. It gives a very fresh feeling and removes the stickiness completely.

In my experience, poor blood circulation to the scalp is a major cause of dry flakes. Practicing daily Kapalbhati and Sarvangasana helps oxygenate the hair roots. Along with this, keeping your hair oil-free and clean works wonders.

Forget home remedies, they just make the scalp oilier and feed the fungus. Go get an anti-fungal shampoo containing 2% Ketoconazole, use it twice a week, and leave it on for 5 minutes before rinsing. That is the only clinically proven way to manage it.
