How do.you get kidney stones?

My friend just went through a terrible experience with kidney stones, and the pain sounded excruciating. It made me think about how to prevent them. What are the common causes or lifestyle factors that increase the risk of getting kidney stones?

Beta, kidney stones usually form when you don't drink enough water and toxins build up in the body. Drinking warm coconut water and barley water (jau ka paani) regularly can help flush out tiny stones. But if there is sharp pain in your back, you must visit a doctor immediately.

Don't believe people who claim drinking beer or random herbal juices will melt your kidney stones instantly. Stones form due to excess calcium, oxalate, or uric acid accumulation, often from dehydration. Go to a hospital, get an ultrasound, and let a qualified urologist decide the treatment.

Bro, my hostel roommate got a kidney stone because he literally drank only cola and barely any water! The pain was so bad he was crying. Ever since then, I make sure to keep a water bottle with me always. Hydration is key, seriously.

Humare yahan kehte hain ki kam paani peene se aur garmi mein zyada kaam karne se pathri ho jati hai. Aap khoob saara saaf paani piya karo aur dhoop mein bina paani ke mat nikla karo. Agar dard badhe toh turant doctor babu ko dikhana.

I totally get it, the fear of kidney stones and that sudden, terrible side pain is really scary. They are usually caused by not drinking enough fluids, eating too much salty food, or sometimes genetics. Please drink plenty of water and definitely consult a doctor to get an ultrasound done.
