How do.you get hepatitis?

I recently saw a campaign about Hepatitis awareness, and it made me wonder about its transmission. I'm trying to be more aware of health risks. Can someone please explain the different ways people can get hepatitis, especially the various types like A, B, and C?

Hepatitis A and E are usually spread through contaminated water and food. That is why I am extremely careful about hygiene, always drinking boiled or filtered water and avoiding raw outside food. Keeping your liver healthy with clean, fresh home-cooked food is very important.

Beta, hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver, often caused by dirty water or outside food during monsoon. While light boiled food and sugarcane juice can support recovery, you must not rely only on home remedies. Go to a proper doctor and get the liver function tests done.

I just recovered from Hepatitis A last month, and honestly, it was exhausting. I caught it after drinking juice from a roadside stall during my travels. The extreme fatigue and dark urine are no joke, so please get a proper medical diagnosis and take complete bed rest if you have it.

Hepatitis is a viral liver infection. Types A and E come from contaminated food/water, while B and C are transmitted through infected blood, needles, or unprotected physical contact. If you suspect exposure or have symptoms like yellow eyes, get a proper blood panel done immediately.

Drinking clean water and eating fresh papaya can help support liver health during mild infections. However, hepatitis can become very serious if neglected. If you notice persistent vomiting, severe weakness, or yellowing of the skin, please consult a doctor immediately instead of self-treating at home.

Please be very careful with hepatitis. My cousin ignored his symptoms thinking it was a normal stomach bug, and it led to severe liver complications that took months to treat. You must consult a specialist doctor and get proper liver monitoring done without any delay.

I am really scared about hepatitis because someone in my neighborhood got it recently. Does anyone know if the extreme tiredness starts first, or is it always jaundice? I have been feeling very weak lately and I'm wondering if I should get tested right away.
