How do u know if u have hepatitis b?

I recently read an article about Hepatitis B and now I'm a bit concerned. What are the typical symptoms or ways someone would know if they have Hepatitis B?

With Hepatitis B, your desire for tasty parathas and heavy food drops to absolutely zero because of constant nausea and abdominal pain. You'll also notice yellow eyes and dark urine. If this happens, skip the oily stuff and go straight to a doctor for a proper blood test.

My doctor explained that Hepatitis B is a viral infection that can be acute or chronic, and many people have no symptoms at all in the early stages. When symptoms do appear, they include jaundice, extreme fatigue, joint pain, and dark urine. He stressed that a specific HBsAg blood test is the only definitive way to know.

I am a bit new to this topic and don't know much, but I read that it can spread through body fluids. If someone has mild joint pain and tiredness, could that also be a sign? Should we get a specific blood test done at a lab to be sure?

I ignored my mild fatigue and loss of appetite for months, thinking it was just work stress, until a routine blood test showed a chronic Hepatitis B infection. Please don't ignore persistent tiredness or mild digestive issues. Get a proper diagnostic checkup from a doctor before it leads to serious liver damage.

While gentle pranayama and a clean lifestyle can support liver vitality, Hepatitis B is a viral condition that requires proper clinical evaluation. Common indicators include yellowing of the skin, dark urine, and deep fatigue. Please consult a medical specialist for the necessary blood tests and guidance.
