Actually, you need to drink a crazy amount of water to flush them out, yaar. My dad had a 5mm stone and the doctor just told him to keep drinking coconut water and barley water. But if the pain is too much, don't wait, go to the hospital.

I had a small stone last summer and just focused on drinking around 3-4 liters of warm water daily, which helped pass it naturally. Of course, every case is different, but keeping myself fully hydrated was the key for me.

Keep your mind peaceful and don't let the fear of pain overwhelm you. Drinking fresh lemon juice with warm water in the morning can help break down small deposits naturally, but always follow your doctor's path with trust.

Having kidney stones means bidding goodbye to high-sodium snacks and excess spinach or tomatoes for a while! I had to cut down on my salty chips and double my daily water intake to wash those painful crystals away.

Get an ultrasound done first to know the exact size of the stone. If it is under 5mm, it usually passes with lots of fluids, but for anything bigger, you might need medication or lithotripsy. Don't drag it out, get a urologist's opinion quickly.

Basically, drown yourself in water until you are literally living in the washroom! That is the only natural way to push those little intruders out of your system.
