How do u get rid of dandruff?

My scalp has been very flaky and itchy for the past few weeks, and it's quite embarrassing when I wear dark shirts. I've tried some regular shampoos, but the dandruff is still there. What are some effective ways to get rid of it permanently?

Keep your mind peaceful and free from worry, as stress often worsens skin issues like dandruff. Along with eating natural food, washing your hair with gentle herbal mixtures like neem water can help restore balance. Take care.

Dude, don't stress too much about dandruff, almost everyone has it. Just grab a good ketoconazole shampoo from the pharmacy and use it twice a week. Keep your scalp dry and stop putting heavy oils for a few days, it'll clear up soon!

I noticed my dandruff flared up so much when I was eating fried momos and spicy street food every day. Cutting down on extra sugar and eating fresh fruits really helped clear my scalp from the inside out.

My mother always tells me to apply sour curd on the scalp to cool it down and remove dandruff. While that cooling effect feels good, I actually had to consult a dermatologist to get a proper medicated lotion to cure the fungal buildup completely.

Actually, regular shampoos don't do anything for severe dandruff, yaar. You need an anti-dandruff shampoo with zinc pyrithione or coal tar. Leave it on your scalp for five minutes before washing, otherwise it won't work.

A healthy scalp starts with what you put in your body. I found that eating foods rich in zinc, like pumpkin seeds and green leafy vegetables, helped reduce my dry scalp flaking significantly. Try to avoid highly refined flour and sugars.
