How do u detox your liver?

I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately and a friend suggested I should 'detox' my liver. Is this something that's actually possible or beneficial? I want to know how one might go about doing this safely, if at all.

I have been feeling so sluggish and heavy lately, is it because of liver toxins? I keep seeing ads for green tea and apple cider vinegar detox kits on Instagram. Has anyone actually tried these, or do they just make your stomach upset?

Honestly, your liver detoxes itself naturally. Just drink plenty of water, sleep well, and avoid alcohol and junk food.

I spent thousands on special liver detox powders and juices, but my doctor told me the liver is its own self-cleaning machine. Now, I just drink warm water with lemon in the morning and avoid oily deep-fried food. That is the only real and cheap way to keep your liver happy.

Just hydration, healthy fruits, and a good sweat session is all your liver needs to stay happy! 🌟 Skip the fancy tea and enjoy fresh coconut water instead. Your body will thank you! 🥥

Let's be real, 'liver detox' is a pure marketing gimmick. The liver doesn't store toxins like a dustbin; it processes them. Cut out the alcohol, stop popping random paracetamols for every minor headache, and go hit the gym instead of drinking green juice.

I was actually reading a biology journal yesterday and it turns out our liver is naturally designed to neutralize all waste. All these viral detox tea recipes on YouTube have no scientific basis. It's much better to just eat high-fiber foods like oats and apples.

Beta, the ancient way to keep your digestive fire and liver clean is simple. Eat your dinner by 7:30 PM so the liver gets rest at night, and take a spoon of amla powder with warm water in the morning. Avoid heavy maida foods and the body will naturally stay pure.

Look, don't fall for these expensive detox packaging scams. Your liver is highly efficient and cleanses itself daily if you just stop overloading it with alcohol, high sugar, and heavy painkillers. Just focus on balanced home-cooked meals and some light exercise.

Instead of buying costly 'detox' supplements which are totally unregulated, go for a simple Liver Function Test (LFT) which costs only 500-600 rupees. If the SGOT and SGPT levels are normal, you don't need any detox. Just drink boiled water and cut down on bakery items.

Honestly, with our busy schedules, the best detox is just skipping the weekend beers and late-night swiggy orders. Drink 3 liters of water daily, add some beetroot or cucumber to your diet, and let your body do its job. No need to overcomplicate things with fancy diets.
