How do u catch hepatitis b?

I heard about hepatitis B on the news and it sounded quite serious. I want to understand how people generally get infected with it. Is it easily transmitted in daily life?

Beta, this disease spreads through infected blood and body fluids, not by sitting together or sharing normal food. To keep your liver strong, we must eat fresh, non-greasy food, but for prevention, getting the Hepatitis B vaccination is the only true way.

Bro, it spreads through blood contact, sharing needles, or unprotected sex. I had to get a tattoo last year and I made sure the artist opened a brand new, sealed needle right in front of my eyes. Don't take any chances with local salons or tattoo parlors.

It is a viral infection that is transmitted through blood contact, using unsterilized needles, or unsafe physical relations. While maintaining a high immunity through daily pranayama and a clean lifestyle is good, we must also be very mindful of hygiene and get vaccinated.

It is transmitted through blood and body fluids. The best thing is to get the Hep B vaccine package, which is actually very cheap in government hospitals compared to private labs. Spending a few hundred rupees now on three vaccine shots will save lakhs on liver treatments later.

It is passed on through infected blood and fluids, so one must be very careful during medical procedures. Drinking amla juice is wonderful for overall liver detoxification, but if you have a doubt of exposure or see deep yellow urine, immediately go to a doctor for blood tests.

Hepatitis B is highly contagious and spreads through blood-to-blood contact, sharing personal razors, or unprotected intercourse. If you lift heavy at the gym and occasionally get cuts, make sure you don't share towels or gear with anyone, and always keep your vaccinations up to date.
