How do i take sleep mode off?

Even after sleeping for 7-8 hours, I wake up feeling very groggy and sluggish, almost like my body is still in "sleep mode." It takes hours for me to feel properly alert and ready for the day. What can I do to feel more awake and energetic in the mornings?

On most smartphones, you can find this under the 'Digital Wellbeing' or 'Modes and Routines' section in your settings menu, where you can easily toggle it off. I hope this helps you set your phone screen settings properly.

To turn off sleep mode, you can simply go to your phone's quick settings panel and tap on the 'Bedtime' or 'Sleep' icon to deactivate it. May your mind stay peaceful and your day be filled with positive energy. Take care of yourself.

These mobile phones have so many complicated features nowadays that confuse us. If you can't find the setting to turn it off, just restart the phone once or ask any youngster nearby to assist you with it. Keep your phone away during sleeping hours anyway.

I always get so confused with these phone settings, and then I worry I'll miss some important emergency calls if sleep mode stays on. Just swipe down from the top of your screen and look for a crescent moon or bed icon, and tap it to switch it off.

Go to settings, search for 'Sleep Schedule', and turn it off so your phone doesn't automatically dim the screen at night. Honestly, keeping a fixed sleep routine is great for your muscle recovery, so try to keep screen time low before bed anyway.
