When you feel extremely nauseous, avoid lying down flat immediately after eating as it triggers acid reflux. Try to sit upright and sip on plain cold water or dilute electrolyte drinks. Keep your meals very clean and bland until your stomach settles down completely.

Before rushing to a clinic and paying heavy consultation fees, try taking slow, deep breaths under a fan. You can also get a basic ORS sachet from the local chemist for just 20 rupees to stay hydrated. If the vomiting continues for more than 24 hours, then definitely visit a doctor.

I completely understand how exhausting and emotionally draining it is to constantly feel like throwing up. It physically drains all your energy and makes you feel so helpless. Please rest in a quiet place and do not force yourself to eat anything heavy right now.

Sucking on a small piece of lemon with a pinch of black salt always works like magic for me when I feel nauseous during travel. Also, sitting near a window with fresh air helps a lot. Just take small sips of water and don't panic.

Nausea and vomiting are usually symptoms of an underlying issue, like food poisoning or a viral infection. Sucking on ice chips or drinking ginger tea can help calm the stomach lining temporarily. However, if you cannot keep any fluids down, consulting a doctor is highly recommended.

I was reading that acupressure points on the wrist, specifically the P6 point, can actually help reduce nausea. You just have to press the spot three finger-widths down from your wrist crease. Has anyone tried this and found it useful?

Keep your stomach light by avoiding dairy, oily food, and strong spices when you feel nauseous. Eating a plain boiled potato or dry toast can help absorb stomach acids. Drink mint tea slowly to soothe your digestive tract naturally.

Sipping ginger juice mixed with honey is an excellent home remedy to stop vomiting instantly. But remember, if the vomiting is accompanied by a severe high fever, chest pain, or a stiff neck, these are red flags. Please see a doctor immediately.

Please be very careful if you are vomiting repeatedly. Last year, I ignored severe vomiting and ended up with severe dehydration and kidney strain, requiring hospitalization. If you have blood in your vomit or extreme weakness, go to the hospital emergency immediately.

Hormonal fluctuations can sometimes cause sudden, intense nausea. While taking a slow walk in fresh air or sipping fennel seed tea helps calm things down, it is best not to guess the cause. If this is a recurring issue, please discuss it with your doctor.
