How do i prove va disability for diabetes?

Suffering from diabetes for a long time, it's really affecting my daily life and ability to work. I heard there might be some government disability benefits available for conditions like this in India. What documents or medical assessments would I need to prove my eligibility?

For VA disability claims, you need to show proper medical reports linking your diabetes to service, ho na. Gathering all old military medical records is very important. It takes time, but we have to follow the process, haan na.

Since you need to prove a direct connection to your service, please make sure you have a nexus letter from your doctor. It should clearly state that your diabetes was either caused or aggravated during your service period. Being organized with dates helps a lot.

Beta, for legal and government claims, you must have solid paperwork from certified government doctors. Keep all your blood glucose logs and prescription slips carefully organized. Alongside, keep eating a healthy diet and walk daily to keep your sugar under control.

I know how stressful dealing with government paperwork and medical claims can be, it can really trigger severe anxiety. Just take it one step at a time and start by collecting your service medical records first. Having a supportive doctor write your DBQ makes a big difference.

Bhai, sarkari mamla hai toh kagaj bilkul pakka hona chahiye. Apne purane hospital ke sabhi parche aur report ek file me sambhal ke rakhiye. Doctor se likhwa lijiye ki yeh bimari naukri ke samay se hi shuru hui thi.

You actually need to submit a clear medical nexus letter and your treatment history, yaar. The VA needs to see a direct link to your active service, otherwise they reject claims very easily. Get your doctor to write a strong, detailed report.

Please get all your diabetic complications like neuropathy or kidney function tested and documented too. When my diabetes got worse, the complications made the claim much stronger. Let a qualified medical specialist evaluate your current physical state thoroughly.
