How do i mnow if have pcos?

Irregular periods, unexpected weight gain, and acne that won't clear up have been my struggles for a while. My gynecologist briefly mentioned PCOS during my last visit, but I didn't fully understand it. How can I really know if I have it?

If you notice irregular periods, sudden weight gain around the belly, or stubborn acne, these are signs of hormonal imbalance. Gentle yoga asanas like butterfly pose and regular breathing exercises helped me manage my symptoms beautifully. But do get a medical diagnosis first.

Look out for three main things: irregular cycles, excess facial hair or acne, and polycystic ovaries on a pelvic ultrasound scan. If you have any two of these, it is usually diagnosed as PCOS. I always suggest getting a thyroid and pelvic ultrasound done to confirm.

Beti, agar tumhara mahina samay par nahi aa raha hai aur chehre par baal nikal rahe hain, toh yeh hormonal gadbadi ho sakti hai. Isme ghabrane ki koi baat nahi hai, aaj kal bahut ladkiyon ko yeh hota hai. Kisi achhi mahila doctor ko dikha lo.

Irregular periods and insulin resistance are classic signs of PCOS. If you are diagnosed, focusing on a low-carb diet and regular strength training or daily 45-minute brisk walking can make a massive difference in reversing the symptoms. Stay active!

Listen, don't stress too much about PCOS, okay? It is super common and totally manageable with the right diet and lifestyle changes. Just book a quick blood test for your hormone levels and meet a gynecologist, they will guide you perfectly.

Haan yaar, check if you are facing severe hair fall or getting dark skin patches around the neck, those are also signs na. Just visit a good gynecologist and get an ultrasound done. It is better to get tested early so you can manage it easily.
