How do i know if my liver is ok?

Lately, feeling quite tired and noticing my urine is a bit dark has been concerning. My friend mentioned these could be liver-related symptoms, which worried me. Are there any common signs to check if my liver is healthy?

I have been feeling very fatigued lately and sometimes get a mild dull ache on the right side of my stomach. Does anyone else get this too? I am constantly worried if it is fatty liver or something worse, please let me know.

Relax, don't get too stressed out right now. The liver is a very strong organ and it actually regenerates well if we take care of our diet. Just avoid oily outside food for a few weeks, drink lots of water, and get a routine LFT blood test done to clear your doubts.

If you are drinking a lot of alcohol or eating junk daily, liver health can take a hit, actually. If your eyes look even slightly yellow or you feel bloated all the time, just go to a lab and do an LFT, yaar. It costs very little and saves so much unnecessary tension.

I agree with the advice to get a blood test. A simple Liver Function Test (LFT) and an ultrasound will give you 100% clarity.

Do not start taking random detox juices or ayurvedic liver syrups you see on Instagram ads. Many of those can actually put more load on your liver. Only a gastroenterologist and an ultrasound scan can tell you the real health of your liver.

Honestly, a lot of liver issues do not show any major symptoms in the early stages. I had a slight digestion issue last year and my doctor just ordered a routine liver function test which showed minor fatty liver. It is super common and easily managed with lifestyle changes.
