How do i know if i have rheumatic fever?

My son, who is 7 years old, had a severe sore throat last month, and now he complains of joint pain in his knees and ankles. He also seems more tired than usual. I'm worried because I read somewhere that a bad throat infection can sometimes lead to rheumatic fever.

My son had a severe throat infection followed by joint pain, and we went straight to a major hospital. The doctors there explained that rheumatic fever usually happens after an untreated strep throat. Please don't try to guess this at home; ask a pediatrician or cardiologist for specific tests like an ECG or blood work.

My daughter had rheumatic fever a few years ago. It started with a simple sore throat, but then she got high fever and swollen, painful joints that moved from one knee to her ankle. Please monitor your child closely and take them to a doctor immediately if you see these symptoms after a cold.

As someone managing diabetes, I know how critical it is to get proper medical help instead of trying self-treatment. Rheumatic fever can affect the heart, so you cannot take it lightly. If there is joint pain and fever after a sore throat, get proper medical advice and avoid any self-styled diet cures.

Dealing with my thyroid has taught me that early diagnosis is key for any systemic issue. Rheumatic fever is an inflammatory disease that needs serious medical attention. If you have fever, joint pain, or chest discomfort, go get the blood tests prescribed by a doctor without delay.

Instead of spending hours researching symptoms on the internet and worrying, book an appointment with a general physician today. If there is fever, fatigue, and migrating joint pain, it requires proper clinical evaluation and blood tests. Getting professional advice early will save you time and future health complications.

Actually yaar, rheumatic fever is not something you can just ignore like a normal seasonal flu. It can affect your heart valves in the long run. If your joints are hurting badly after a bad throat infection, just go to a proper doctor and get it checked out immediately.
