How do i check myself for stomach cancer?

I've been having some stomach issues lately, like constant indigestion and a bit of pain after eating. My aunt passed away from stomach cancer, so I'm naturally quite worried. Is there any way I can check myself for signs of stomach cancer at home?

Stomach issues should not be ignored. While deep breathing and a calm mind help with basic digestion and acidity, you cannot self-diagnose something serious like cancer at home. Please listen to your body and seek a medical professional's guidance.

There is absolutely no self-test or home check for stomach cancer. Searching symptoms online will only cause unnecessary panic. If you have persistent bloating, severe pain, or unexplained weight loss, go to a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy immediately.

Babu, ghar pe iska pata nahi chalta. Agar pet me hamesha dard rehta hai ya khana pachne me dikkat ho rahi hai, toh turant bade doctor ko dikhao. Apne se andaza lagane se bimari badh sakti hai, dhyan rakho.

For normal gas, I usually drink warm water with ajwain, but cancer is a different thing altogether. If your symptoms are severe or don't go away in a few days, please do not rely on home tips. Go to a hospital and get a proper checkup.

While a clean, home-cooked vegetarian diet with less oil and spices prevents many stomach issues, persistent symptoms must be checked by a doctor. Never try to treat chronic stomach pain or blood in stool with just dietary changes.

Don't waste time on self-diagnosis. If you are experiencing chronic reflux, difficulty swallowing, or sudden weight loss, those are red flags. Schedule an appointment with a specialist this week and get proper clinical tests done.
