How do astronauts sleep?

A space documentary last night showed astronauts floating around. It made me wonder how they manage to sleep in zero gravity. Do they just float freely, or do they have special arrangements to keep them from drifting away?

Honestly, they sleep strapped to walls in tiny sleeping bags so they don't float around and bump into expensive control panels! With my back pain, sleeping vertically sounds like an absolute nightmare. But at least they don't have to deal with noisy neighbors up there.

Haan, zero gravity is there na, so they have to tie themselves up inside small cabins. Otherwise, they will float and hit the ceiling while dreaming! It sounds weird but they get used to sleeping in any direction.

Astronauts use special sleeping quarters with straps to stay stable. Because their circadian rhythm gets disrupted with 16 sunrises a day, they have strict schedules and health checkups to manage sleep. Proper sleep is highly critical for maintaining blood pressure and heart health, even in space.

They sleep in small sleeping bags attached to the wall, in a completely floating state. In my life, I have seen that humans can adapt to any condition when they have to. It is all about training your mind and body to accept the environment.

They sleep in vertical bags strapped to the walls of their cabins to stay secure. Maintaining a proper sleep cycle is so important for hormonal balance, and they do it with strict artificial light schedules. I think having a fixed routine helps them stay healthy in such extreme conditions.

I totally get how hard it must be to fall asleep without a cozy mattress and gravity. They have to strap themselves inside sleeping bags on the wall so they don't float away. It must take so much emotional and physical adjustment to get rest like that.
