How did't rex sleep?

My father is quite overweight and struggles a lot with lower back pain, making it hard for him to find a comfortable sleeping position. It sometimes makes me wonder, given their massive size, how did a creature like a T-Rex even manage to sleep without major discomfort? Are there any specific sleeping tips for very heavy people with back issues?

If sleep issues are bothering you or someone in your house, keeping the room completely dark and cool helps a lot. Avoiding heavy dinners and keeping mobile phones away at least an hour before sleeping are simple, free solutions that actually work.

I totally get it, not being able to sleep properly is incredibly frustrating and leaves you exhausted the next day. It makes your whole body feel so heavy and tired. I hope you find some rest soon, please take it easy on yourself today.

Yaar, bad sleep is such a mood killer, actually. I used to toss and turn all night due to work stress, but keeping a fixed sleep routine really sorted me out. Just try to sleep at the same time daily, it makes a huge difference.

My son had a terrible phase where he just couldn't sleep because of exam stress and anxiety. We started making him do some basic physical activity in the evening and cut out all caffeine after 4 PM, which helped him sleep naturally. Maybe a gentle evening routine could help in your case too.

I completely understand your frustration with poor sleep. It really drains your energy and makes focusing on daily tasks very difficult.

Please don't go trying random sleep supplements or heavy herbal concoctions you see online, they can react badly with your system. If insomnia or sleep issues are persistent, it is always safer to visit a certified doctor and get a proper diagnosis.
