How did cancer originate?

My mother recently battled cancer, and it made me think a lot about this disease. I'm not looking for a cure, but I'm genuinely curious: How did cancer originate in the first place? What's the scientific theory behind it?

Dekho yaar, cancer koi nayi bimari nahi hai, ye humesha se thi par ab testing behtar ho gayi hai. Ye tab shuru hota hai jab body ke normal cells kharab hokar badhne lagte hain due to lifestyle, pollution, or genes. Faltu me tension mat lo, bas dhang ki life jiyo aur checkups karao.

Cancer has actually existed since ancient times, even in dinosaur bones and old mummies. It originates when DNA inside our cells mutates and causes them to grow out of control. It's a complex medical topic, so you should ask an oncologist to explain how it develops if you have concerns.

Biologically, it starts when normal cells undergo genetic changes and stop responding to the body's signals to stop multiplying. Just like endocrine issues can slowly build up, cellular damage happens over years due to genetics or environment. Keeping up with regular health checkups is the best defense.

From what I understand, cancer starts at the microscopic level when genetic mutations cause abnormal cell division. While hormonal imbalances like PCOS are different, keeping our body's metabolism healthy is always important. Don't stress too much about the science and focus on general well-being.

Let's be clear: cancer originates from genetic mutations that can be triggered by chemicals, radiation, aging, or genetics. It's not a single disease, but a group of many diseases. If you want to understand the exact mechanisms, read verified scientific medical journals or consult a genetic counselor.

Having fought cancer myself, I learned from my doctors that it originates from cumulative damage to our cellular DNA over time. It can be caused by smoking, bad food, or sometimes just random bad luck. My advice is to avoid carcinogens, stay physically active, and never ignore any persistent lumps.
