How companies encourage employees to use mental health tools daily?

Our organization has invested in some mental wellness tools for employees, but uptake is quite low. We want our team to feel supported and use these resources regularly. What are some good strategies for companies to encourage employees to use mental health tools daily?

If they really want us to use those meditation apps daily, they should give us 15 minutes of paid breathing time instead of sending more emails. I am too busy finishing reports to focus on inner peace!

Companies should normalize taking mental health days without any stigma. While daily tracking apps are a good touch, they cannot replace professional therapy, so having tie-ups with certified clinical psychologists is always the best approach.

My company started doing 'silent hours' with no Slack messages, and it really helped my burn-out recovery. Actually having the time to log into wellness tools during work hours makes people use them, otherwise it is just extra homework.

Haan na, if managers themselves share that they are using the stress-relief tools, employees will feel safe doing it. Otherwise, everyone is just scared of looking lazy in front of the boss.

A simple walk in a green garden during lunch break can do wonders for the mind. Companies should encourage natural breaks instead of just forcing employees to stare at digital meditation apps. For severe stress, of course, consulting a doctor is necessary.
