How common are heart attacks?

Lately, I've been hearing a lot about people, even younger ones, having heart attacks. It makes me a bit anxious. How common are heart attacks in India these days, particularly in middle-aged men?

Haan, aajkal toh bohot hi common ho gaya hai, even in young people. Stress aur poor diet ki wajah se cases bohot badh gaye hain. We really need to be careful about our lifestyle na.

Actually, the statistics are quite scary in India, yaar. We are seeing people in their 30s getting heart issues due to high stress and sedentary routines. Regular lipid profile tests are a must nowadays.

In our younger days, heart issues were very rare before the age of sixty, but now the times have changed. While eating garlic and drinking warm water daily helps maintain general cardiovascular health, you must seek immediate emergency medical care if you feel any chest pain.

Every time I hear about someone young getting a heart attack, it makes me so anxious and worried about my own health. Please, if you or your loved ones ever feel chest tightness or pain radiating to the arm, go to the hospital immediately without waiting.

Haan na, it is very shocking how common it has become in families. Even fit looking people are getting affected, ho na. We must reduce stress and do regular walk daily.

With high oil consumption in Indian cooking, heart issues are incredibly common. Eating a diet low in saturated fats and rich in fiber can help manage cholesterol levels. However, a healthy diet is only preventive, and any active symptoms must be evaluated by a cardiologist.
