How can you tell if you have hepatitis c?

My friend recently told me about someone he knows who got hepatitis C, and it got me thinking. I've been feeling a bit more tired than usual these days and was wondering if there are any common signs one should look out for.

Honestly, I had no idea I had it until I went for a routine health checkup before a surgery. I had some mild fatigue but I just blamed my busy work schedule for it. My doctor immediately caught it in the blood report, so from my experience, waiting for symptoms is not a good idea.

In our time we used to look for yellow eyes and deep fatigue as signs of liver trouble. While drinking warm water and fresh amla juice can support your liver health, you cannot rely on home remedies for this. This disease can stay hidden for years, so it is always wise to get a proper blood test done.

Please do not search your symptoms on search engines and get scared, or try random detox juices to cure it. You cannot diagnose Hep C by guessing or looking at your skin color. Just go to a proper path lab and get the blood test done, that is the only real way to know.

Haan na, it is very scary because there are almost no clear symptoms starting mein. Sometimes you just feel very tired and think it is because of office stress, but actually we should not ignore it. Thoda weight loss or body pain feels common but checking with a doc is best, ho na.

I used to feel so nauseous that even looking at my favorite chole bhature made me feel weird, which was a huge warning sign for me. If your appetite suddenly vanishes and you can't even look at food, you should definitely get your liver checked. No tasty food is worth ignoring these silent symptoms, yaar.

My family doctor explained that Hep C is often a silent killer because it usually doesn't show any major symptoms in the early stages. He told me that only a specific blood test called the HCV antibody test can confirm it. If that comes positive, they do a viral load PCR test to see the actual infection level.

I tracks all my vitals and sleep on my fitness app, and when my recovery scores stayed bad for weeks along with mild muscle aches, I decided to do a full body test. The panel included liver function tests which showed high enzyme levels, leading to further diagnosis. It is so easy to book these tests online nowadays, you should just do that.
