How can you get rid of piles?

I've been suffering from piles for a few months now, and it's becoming very uncomfortable and painful, especially after passing stools. I've tried some home remedies, but they only provide temporary relief. What are the effective ways to permanently get rid of piles?

For mild cases, drinking plenty of water and eating fiber-rich foods like oats and papaya helps prevent constipation. Warm water sitz baths also give great relief. But if you see blood or have severe pain, please consult a doctor immediately instead of self-treating.

I had a lot of trouble with piles last year due to sitting at my desk all day. I started drinking buttermilk with a pinch of jeera daily and avoided spicy masala foods. It helped me get a lot of relief within a couple of weeks.

Bro, my roommate had this because of eating too much hostel maida food and spicy momos. He had to eventually go to a general surgeon because it got really painful to sit during exams. Don't feel shy about it, just see a doctor.

I was looking up treatments for a relative and found that constipation is the main root cause. Regular physical movement and adding isabgol (psyllium husk) to your diet can help keep stools soft. If the symptoms are chronic, medical procedures are often needed.

Let's be real, home remedies only go so far with piles. If you are experiencing pain or bleeding, stop searching online and visit a proctologist. They can suggest simple outpatient treatments like banding which are quick and highly effective.

I totally get it, the pain and discomfort can make daily life so difficult. Try using a stool to elevate your feet while using the western toilet, as it helps with the natural angle. Please take care and consult a doc if the pain is too much.

I had this issue during my pregnancy and it was so uncomfortable! My doctor recommended a high-fiber diet, plenty of liquids, and a mild stool softener. It got much better after a few weeks, so hang in there.

Please don't worry, piles is a very common issue and nothing to feel embarrassed about. Start by eating fresh fruits, avoiding long sitting sessions on the toilet commode, and drinking lots of water. If it doesn't get better in a few days, let's get you checked by a doctor.

I just recovered from piles surgery last month. Honestly, I tried home remedies for a year and only delayed the proper treatment. The laser surgery was very quick, virtually painless, and I was back to work in three days. Don't wait too long.

Our simple Indian diet of dal, green leafy vegetables, and whole wheat rotis is actually perfect for this. Avoid bakery items and outside maida foods completely for a month. If there is no improvement, go to a government hospital or private clinic for a checkup.
