How can u tell if u have prostate cancer?

My cousin, who is a few years older than me, was just diagnosed with prostate cancer, and it's made me a bit anxious. What are the common signs or symptoms a man should look out for to tell if he might have prostate cancer? I want to be aware.

I am trying to research this for my father but feel a bit hesitant to ask. Are there any early physical signs like pain during urination that we should look out for, or does it only show up in regular health screenings? I would really appreciate if someone could guide me on what basic test we should get done first.

In our older age, facing difficulty in starting urination or having to go frequently at night is very common, but we must never ignore it. Drinking pumpkin seed oil or warm water can support prostate health, but they are not cures for serious issues. Please go to a good hospital and get a proper blood test like PSA done under a doctor's guidance.

Prostate issues can often show up as frequent urination or back pain, which can easily be mistaken for normal aging signs. Dealing with my own hormonal health issues has taught me that we should never self-diagnose. It is best to support your family member in getting a proper PSA test and consulting an experienced urologist.

My uncle went through this recently, and his main symptoms were a weak urine flow and frequent nighttime bathroom trips. Please do not worry, but do be practical and get him a PSA blood test and a urologist appointment as soon as possible. Early detection makes the entire treatment process so much easier and highly manageable.

Ah, the joy of turning fifty when every bathroom trip becomes a medical investigation! Honestly, if you are noticing a slow flow or waking up four times a night, don't just blame old age. Skip the internet panic, go see a urologist, and get a simple PSA test done so you can sleep in peace.
