How can i tell if a mole is skin cancer?

A mole on my back seems to have changed colour slightly and it's a bit itchy sometimes. My wife noticed it and got worried. What are the signs one should look for to know if it's something serious like skin cancer?

Please try to stay positive and don't let worry consume you. Keep a gentle eye on the mole, and if you feel it is changing, let a professional dermatologist check it for peace of mind.

My dermatologist explained the ABCDE rule to me. You should look out for Asymmetry, irregular Borders, Color variations, a Diameter larger than 6mm, and any Evolution or change over time.

Agar mole ka shape achanak change ho raha hai ya usme itching ho rahi hai, toh ignore mat karna haan? Ek baar skin doctor ko dikha lena hi best hai.

I am always cautious about any skin changes myself. It is very hard to judge skin issues on our own, so getting a quick opinion from a dermatologist is the safest approach.

The simplest solution is to take a clear photo of the mole with your phone every month to see if the size or color is changing. If you notice any shift, visit a local skin specialist.

When we go out for outdoor runs or walks, sun exposure is high, which can affect moles. If you spot any irregular changes, definitely show it to a doctor.

For regular skin wellness, aloe vera is great, but remember that home remedies cannot treat or identify cancerous moles. You must get a biopsy or professional checkup done for safety.

I had a weird-looking mole on my neck that was growing. Got it checked by a skin doc last year, turned out to be normal, but getting it verified was such a relief.

Eating antioxidant-rich foods is excellent for overall skin health, but it won't prevent or diagnose a bad mole. Please visit a dermatologist to get any suspicious spot examined.

Sometimes normal moles also look weird, ho na. But if it is bleeding or growing rapidly, please go to a skin clinic without any delay.

I can identify every ingredient in a dish, but skin spots are way out of my league! Please go to a dermatologist to get a proper checkup rather than guessing.

Don't start writing your will just because of a weird spot! Most moles are just harmless little body designs, but let a skin doctor do the official stamp of approval.

I totally panicked when one of my moles got slightly darker last year, but the doctor tested it and said it was completely benign. Just get it checked so you don't worry unnecessarily.

There are some skin-tracking apps where you can log pictures to monitor changes over time. However, for a real diagnosis, a dermatologist using a dermatoscope is the only reliable way.
